form processing

Anyone know of a place where i can get a form processing script. I
want to experiment and create a form, then get a script to processing
the information. Is is something i could customise as i add form
options.

Or does the script have to be written separatly....

As CGI options and permissions can vary among Web hosts, I'd suggest starting
by asking your Web host if they have an example form-to-mail Web page.

Or of course you could move up to using server-side script pages such as ASP or
PHP where your possibilites are much more numerous.
