MSIE 4 doesn't like my site :-(

I have a page on my free ads site (admatic http://www.admatic.com) for
users to enter their ads online.

I have has some reports from users not seeing the area for the text of
their ad to be typed in...

There is a little javascript to give different users different input
options:-

1) Non-Javascript - 4 lines of 50 text
2) Moz 3 - Text input area
3) Everything else - 2 lines of 100 text

All the text is in the page, any suggestions for this missing field??

The only guess I can come up with is that the the user has javascript
disabled, but the dumb browser still ignores the '<noscript>' stuff??
