I just can't seem to figure out how to install this extension. From
what I understand, there needs to be a .dll file located in the PHP
extensions folder, and there needs to be a line in the php.ini file
that loads the .dll extension. But which .dll is it? And is it already
located in the extensions folder, or do I need to download it
separately? Or what?

You'll be happy to learn that over here everything works fine without
any dynamic-link libraries.
