Many professional web developers, who have perfectly good design
skills, choose not to create their own websites from scratch.
Instead,
they select a pre-built website template that they can use to base
their website on.
Quackit offers a range of HTML templates that you can use to build
your own website. These templates are easy to use, and enable you to
get a website up and running very quickly. Choose from our massive
range of free templates and premium website templates.

WARNING: If this spammer uses its own product for its Web site, DO NOT
USE IT. The URI cited at the end has 93 XHTML errors and 9 CSS errors.

The page does not adapt to varying window sizes; it requires horizontal
scrolling. Text blocks in the top frame overlap each other. The middle
frame cannot be resized; it thus hides the bottom frame, on which only
the word "message" can be read.

If their tool can't get their own Web pages right, how could anyone
expect it to do your Web pages right?

Don't ask "Why is there road rage?" Instead, ask
"Why NOT Road Rage?" or "Why Is There No Such
Thing as Fast Enough?"

A quack. That seems appropriate.

Thank you for quoting the entire (unseen due to filters) spam, including
giving further exposure to the link. Please reconsider in the future.
