CGI Techie Resources

Howdy

I've searched high and low for a couple of months and posted messages here and
there, but haven't had a response. I would like to know if there is a page
which exists that contains the following and how they are used:

- CGI headers (ie. Pragma, etc.)
- META tags

As I said, I've searched high and low. The CGI faq (both of them that I've
found) don't contain any of that information. If someone could point me in the
general direction, I would appreciate it.
