Subject: Limiting the number of records returned?
Hi-- I am using YAZ and Ruby ZOOM to connect to a Z39.50 server.

I would like to perform a search and limit the number of results I get.
Sometimes, a search will only return a couple items, which is not a
problem. But other times, a query has hundreds (thousands?) of results,
and it takes quite a while to receive a response.

Is there any way I can include (right in the PQF query, perhaps?) a
limit on the number of records to retrieve? I've Googled and Googled
for such a limiter, and have found nothing. Any ideas?

Thanks,
 --Oliver.
