Hi all,
I released a new gopher client called "Gopherus". It is a console-mode client available for DOS, Windows and Linux. It must be noted that it's not using a real console on non-DOS targets, but a terminal emulation via SDL.

Running on 256 shared MB ARM11 (Raspberry Pi)
We use bucktooth 0.2.9 after fiddling much with pygopherd. It was a refreshing change.

I haven't used Gopher or Usenet in a very long time but I am jumping into the party. The gopher site is under-development and I will reveal it when there is something to see there.
The site will be running pygopherd.

Gopher server running on ARM?

I would like to move my (very neglected) Gopher site to my new server machine, which is an ARM-based plug computer.
Which server software would be suited to that? Does anyone have experience?
I assume pygopherd (which I currently use) would work, being Python. However, I also had an eye on mgod, for low resources... more »

Hello everyone!
You may remember the huge site I ran at quix.us, but it had a tremendous crash and I lost almost everything! This actually happened at a good time, because I have been slowly moving things to a new domain name to reflect a less USA-centric circumstance (I am in the (long) process of moving to Shetland).
