Overbite Android 0.2

For those using this Android Gopher client, 0.2 is out. I had intended to
make this the downloads-capable release, but I ran into too many problems
with Android 1.5. Instead, this is a bug fix for 0.1, with changes for
stability and speed and the ability to process much larger menus and
documents (limited by the memory of your device). However, because download
support is going to be a real beast on 1.5, this will be the last version
to support 1.5 unless there is a massive outcry.

It should fly on that; it's extremely fast on my Nexus One (2.2.1). I still
plan to support 1.6 at least in the near future since there are a lot of 1.6
devices and I believe many 1.5 devices can be updated to it.
