any good gopher proxies for windows?

my webbrowser (opera) say that it need a proxy to be able to use gopher,
so do anyone know a nice proxy program that can be run on windows98
when I feel like looking at gopher pages?

You can use Firefox or Floodgap's public Gopher proxy at
http://gopher.floodgap.com/gopher/ . I can't recommend a proxy that you
could install but gopher://gopher.floodgap.com/0/gopher/wbgopher may be
worth reading.

When I used Gopher on a Windows 95 machine, the best path
to is was via your favorite terminal emulator program plus the
Unix command line curses mode client.

At some point along the way a bunch of places had public
Gopher telnet clients open, so that you could telnet in and
gopher out without authentication, or even so you could
come in async to a terminal server and gopher out (which
was typical in the early 1990s academic computing environment).
