ALSO EATING AT ACSM.

A SELECTION OF NEW ORLEANS RESTAURANTS

These 90 restaurants and 5 coffee houses are among the best
in the city, but since the 1990 Yellow Pages include more than a
thousand restaurants, no more than one-quarter of which are fast-
food establishments, this list obviously fails to include
hundreds of very good places.
For those good geographers who are attending the geography meetings
ACSM/ASPRS just before Mardi Gras, I checked here my favorites. Since this
list was put together by some anthropological and archaeological friends it
may reflect our professional interests. In particular thanks to William Andrews
IV of the Middle America Institute of Tulane who put out
the first version of this list.
