Hi,
I am very good at Web Scraping data and manipulating XML
files, also some PHP and Python scripting. I aim to telecommute, and
we would use PayPal; I could send you scraped data in a secure
fashion. My overhead is low and I'd be economical.
I have experience in GIS and Library Science, but the data could be
almost any subject area.
Let me know what you need - if you have ideas. Thanks.
