Document selection from the view

I have a view which i use for exporting the documents into an excel sheet.
I've used an action button which does the exporting action and the script runs on the selected documents from the view.
The problem here is that when i select a single document, sometimes multiple documents get selected. Thus resulting in the agent not processing all the documents. Consequently not all the documents are exported. I know that i can export the documents using file->export. But i want to do this using an action button. If any one knows the reason for this behavior, kindly let me know.

What is the trigger for your agent ? Run on selected documents ?
What is the code of your agent ? just an @Forumula like FileExport or a complete Lotuscript code for writing file ....
