Notes binary (CSN) format to a notes document

Hi,

Pardon my ignorance. I am new to Lotus Notes development.

How do I convert a binary object that is in Notes binary (CSN) format
to a notes document in a mail database using Java APIs? Any pointers
or source code snippet is much appreciated.
