If you use an XMLHTTP object many, many times and never set the object
to Nothing, will you eventually begin receiving "Connection Timed Out"
errors if you exceed the max # of outbound connections.

errors if you exceed the max # of outbound connections.
Also, if your using synchronous requests and one times out, will
subsequent requests fail if you don't set XMLHTTP object to Nothing
