Graphics in C++ Builder 6 (PNG files)
I am using C++ Builder 6. I am trying to use a PNG file (installed a component that gives the png option) on a form. It displays fine. The problem is, when i try and stretch the image (stretch set to true), only the image box, not the image itself stretches and I dont know why. Works fine with bmp files.... more »

Polygon algorithm needed
I have plane polygons with many sides. They are self-crossing to an arbitrary degree. For each vertex I need to know its "depth," that is, the smallest number of edges that must be crossed by a path, not necessarily straight, to get to the outside. A ray from the vertex far to the right will cross either an odd or even number of edges, but... more »

Can somebody explain this to me? Please.
Why is it when I try to save an image from the web, it saves as a bitmap instead of .gif or .jpg? In fact .bmp is the only format available in the 'save as type' drop down menu. I used to be able to save as .gif and .jpg but not anymore. Can some one help me solve this problem?
