Program to convert photography into stylized drawing or painting ?

Need help ! Does any body know or happened to hear about any program which
is able to emulate human drawing of the objects given in photography. For
example , given a photography of a " Girl with a hat" of Adobe i would like
to convert it into pencil drawing of any style. I've tried all available
Adobe plugins and they didn't suit me . Some guy told me about PhotoPaint
( plugin of CoralDraw ? ) but i didn't chalenge it yet.

Some of the filters in the Aldus Gallery Effects series purport to
create natural media effects like chalk or pencil. What you get may
or may not be what you wanted.

For more control, Fractal Design Painter (and Sketcher) allow you to
clone pictures with any of their natural media brushes. You can
autoclone pictures using a pre-defined brush stroke or clone by hand
with a pressure-sensitive digitizer.

You should definitely try Fractal Design's Painter 2.0.
It can clone any picture in any style you want. Pencil, paint, pastel,
charcoal, water color....
