Frameless video - high speed without the bandwidth?

libTiff and Wang Annotations 
  I am using libTiff v3.6.0 which supposedly has versions of TIFFCP that will move unknown tags rather than filtering them out. My tag that I need kept is 32932 (0x80a4).
