I have the above program, which when run on a pure DOS machine runs very
slowly. ie. takes a full minute to start and the same when you click on
anything. It is not lack of memory, but does anyone have any ideas what it
can be?

PS Could it be i'm using a ps2 mouse when the program is set up for a serial
mouse and it takes the time to search for the mouse?
