ImageMagick & multiple pages?

when i try to view a ps-document containing more than one page, my
ImageMagick (3.7.9) is not willing to scroll through the doc. Yes, i
read the manual and tried to use the spacebar and the backspace key,
respectively. My ps-file is generated with dvips (5.58f).
Loading the doc, ImageMagick shows only the first page and after
pressing the spacebar, i get thrown to the nice startup-picture with an
"Earth" and Gandalf.
Despite of that, i think IM is great software.
Does anyone know what i am doing wrong?
