Lens profile query
|
| |
Hi all,
I'm using photoshop CS6 (win 7). I have downloaded a lens profile for my Samyang 8mm fisheye lens and placed the profile in the correct folder. I am now able to access the profile in Camera raw (lens correction) as well as the lens correction filter within CS6. However, when I use the adaptive wide angle filter on a raw file the "auto" option is not available by default...clicking it brings up the error message: "matching lens profile not found". Is it possible to use the profile here?... more »

Destorting a picture
|
| |
Hi I am still using Photoshop 7 but I am looking into CS5.5 or 6
I want to be able to distort a picture to rectify a distortion. What I mean is that in York (UK) we have a cathedral York Minster. To get a proper photograph to have to get close because of surrounding trees. Problem is it is a huge building so the camera has to be pointed up at an angle. This will cause the picture to be distorted. If I could rectify the pictur in Photoshop I could get the picture I want.... more »

Chroma key in PS CS3?
|
| |
I have been photographing my item against green screen paper, bringing it into PS. Then using Select->Color Range to select the areas with the knock out color, then delete.
So, this works - mostly. There's still a pixel or two of halo around edges that I have to fixup manually.
Is there a better way?... more »

Clean install of windows --- Uninstall Adobe Products first?
|
| |
I am about to do a clean reinstall of Windows (7, 64-bit).
I have Adobe Prod Premium CS6 and Lightroom 4.
Do I need to uninstall them first before I do the OS install
and reinstall of the Adobe products? Or will Adobe notice
that it is actually the same machine and activate cleanly.
Thanks,... more »

Removing black border when using rectangle tool
|
| |
Instead of forcing the edge to have the same color, you can prescribe it to have NO color at all. This effectively makes the entire rectangle a single color. For example, a rectangle starting from the point (0,0) with width 2 and height 1, blue colored and with no border is coded as:
rectangle('Position',[0 0 2 1],'FaceColor','b','EdgeColor' ,'None');... more »
