Watercolor Images

Hello,

I am new to this newsgroup so my question may have been asked before.

I need to be able to produce beautiful watercolor images from color
photographs. Any suggestions as to how to best use the different filters
and settings in Photoshop 4.01 for Mac. I will be printing on 140 lb
cold press watercolor paper.

Bob,
You would be better off with Painter 5 for this. Use the cloning
feature.
