~~ Picture Frame Tutorial ~~

Hi there folks!
At the risk of flooding the market with my tutorials and thus reducing their
value, I have just uploaded another tutorial, this one on matting and framing
a picture with a mitred frame. It is meant to be a beginner's exercise in
layers, but i've added a couple of twists to make it interesting. I greedily
welcome any criticisms.

Janee, how do I find the crosshatch? Is that just 6.0? Under Filter > Noise

It is under Filters -> Brushstrokes. :)
