Microsoft's Impressionist Plug-In - Available As Stand-Alone??

I want to get Microsoft's Impressionist Plug-In, however, my
understanding is that it is only found in Image Composer (which came
with FrontPage 98/97?)
FrontPage is VERY expensive... even on EBay. I'm not interested in
that software... only the Plug-In. Does anyone know if there is
anywhere or anyway I can get *just* the Impressionist Plug-In?

and I've used the impressionist plugin. It's a great plugin... here's an
example of a graphic I made with it and PSP6:

Unfortunately, I've upgraded computers and I couldn't remember from where
that plugin came so PSP7.x has been running sans impressionist plugin.
I'll have to do some checking when I get home, but I may have Frontpage 97
laying around that I might be willing to sell cheaply. Alternately, you
might check out ebay for Frontpage 97.
