I'm not sure why you need a tutorial since the process is
pretty simple. From the menu select Image > Picture Frame
and follow the steps in the Picture Frame Wizard. There
are only two: (1) choosing the frame and (2) deciding
whether the frame should fit inside your current picture
(obscuring an area around the edges) or outside (hiding
none of the picture but increasing its size). That's it :)

I thought a complete answer was warranted :-) Really though, it doesn't
take much time to put together a list like that, I've got everything
nice and tidy in a database, just a matter of using the find function.

I'm not very organized that way(it's a right brain thing), all I have
is a few bookmarks, which Opera reorganizes for me every few months,
so I just muddle through, and sometimes when someone posts a new one,
I go and find out I've been there before, but forgotten most of the
content so I read it again.
