Organizer not showing all photos

Why is the Organizer Palette in PSP Ultimate only showing some of my
photos?

For instance, I have Kamms Store 001 and Kamms Store 002 in my West
Park Gen folder.

I can see both images in the West Park Gen folder using Explorer. But
I only see Kamms Store 002 in the Organizer.

If I open Kamms Store 001 in PSP from Explorer, and save it, I can
then see it in the Organizer.

But there are lots of other photos in the West Park Gen folder that I
can see in Explorer, but NOT in the PSP Organizer.

I must be missing some simple step to fix this and see ALL my images
in the Organizer.
