My wife started taking oil painting lessons last month. She always was a
good artist, but usually worked in acrylics and did tole painting kind
of stuff (her wall mural is on my willshak site). She did a lot of
copying of other people's work, but now is on her own. Here are some of
the things she has done lately. All painting done at home with real
objects to work with. She is on the easel almost as much as I am on the
computer. :-)

She's REALLY good, Bill. That artichoke is more real than the ones in the
supermarkets. She definitely has the realism down pat and turns everything
into an aesthetic object as well.

Great job Mrs Bill (I like that, Sally, and I'm resisting the urge to
shout...oh nooooo) Especially for only taking classes a month.
Painting isn't easy at all, thats why I always stuck to pencil drawings (good
old eraser) and PSP (good old unlimited undo).

Oops, I meant to type Bonesy, not Sally (who would be Mrs. Bill). Think it's

I have no more resistance to the current crop of jokes,
so I'm just riding ohm on my megacycle. I'd have taken
the bus but it only had a semiconductor. Watt can I say?
It's starting to get revolting here and I want to insulate
myself from any more of this wit. If I hang around any
more I'll get tensor and tensor, and I start integrating
derivative humor into my posts.

Bonesy,

Yes, I was talking about pj kelly. I knew she had one little one,
but didn't know she was expecting another. Good for her!

Problem with 'morning' sickness is that it lasts ALL DAY LONG!!!!!
