Somehow I managed to bend my dongle connector. Now it has failed on Labor Day weekend. What is the best way to get a replacement dongle in a hurry? David

9.6 modeler-layout interface?

I'm using a new install of LW 9.6 and something is amiss with the Hub. When I make changes in the model, and then go back to layout the changes don't show up. It is as though the Hub is not functioning except to pass control between apps. Does anyone know what setting I accidentally fumbled? David

Hey all slow here these days....... A simple question for the gurus.........can I get hypervoxels to show up behind a transparent object? for example......bubbles inside a glass....shot from outside the glass........or are you forced to render the hypervoxels first and then overlay the glass later? UV Map resolutions

Hello Group, Novice here needs some help. I created a UVMap with a resolution of 1024 and painted it in Photoshop. When I apply it to the model, the UVMap wraps correctly but it appears blurred. It almost seems as if the map isn't big enough and was stretched out. How does one know how large to make a UVMap? Is the resolution the... more »

Just ordered LW9.6 Upgrade

Should come in this week. I guess it comes with a secret decoder ring for LW Core. I also broke down and got a 64 bit operating system to replace the Win2000 and Win XP (32bit) I have running now. Any words on Vista Ultimate and LW9 in 64 bit mode
