I have put a drop shaod on some lettering in a logo I'm working on in
Corel Draw 12. It looks great on the screen, but when I print it there
is a semi-transpaprent box around the shadow.
How can I get rid of the box and keep the shadow?
The corel file is attached if anyone wants to play with it and see
what the problem is!
TIA
Phil
This is a discussion group, so it's unlikely your attempt to attach a file is
going to be widely successful (it didn't make it to Giganews). You might stick
the file up in some publicly accessible web space - perhaps your Cogeco
account provides for same...

Craig's correct - that's pretty much what has to be done in Draw (and
Adobe's apps for that matter, too). Dropshadows are usually rendered as
bitmaps and to get the transparency to print properly, you need to flatten
it all to a single bitmap.
