Haven't seen this one before - I use the free universal extractor from

It can extract more types of files (namely, ALL types) but from a more
limited set of packages.
There's a download button on the MultiExtractor page - it's not clear
whether the .exe file is for a limited-time trial version, a file that
needs activation to do anything, or what. But it's probably worth a try.
