Hi Christopher...

Not really sure what you mean by "graphic file ripper",
normally you would rip a CD or DVD.

Assuming that you talking about graphic file conversions/compression:
Most graphic editors such as Photoshop or PaintShop Pro have
built in Batch graphic file conversion/compression utilities.

For Photoshop its a 2 stage process.
1. Create an Action. (Windows->Actions)
You create a new action -
(Give it a name -"Change to BMP Format")
Press "Begin Recording"
Then process a single file,
open the file
change saved format/compression
Then Press "Stop Recording"

2. File->Automatic->Batch
You select your created action
"Change to BMP Format"
You select file/files or folder as source
You select a destination folder or replace source file
and run.
