Cyrillic characters but with Turkish, Esperanto, Latvian, Lithuanian,

Question about the small capitals in Trebuchet (from Windows 8).

Many new glyphs (like small capitals) have been added to the latest
version of Trebuchet in Windows 8. But in TNR (Windows 8) it lacks
small capitals for Vietnamese and extended Cyrillic characters (e.g.
Abkhasian requires Cyrillic schwa, pe with middle hook etc.).

Good font for jigsaw puzzle letters

I want to have a jigsaw puzzle made from a fmaily photo. The puzzle
maker can cut some of the pieces into letters, such as to spell a
child's name. I would like some suggestions for good fonts for the
letters.
The letters need to be fairly think so that the pieces are not too
fragile.
