I created a custom DVD a while back on a PC that is no longer functional, and I can't remember for the life of me the name of the font that I used. I tried matching it up to some fonts I

Can anyone ID the font in black used for the chapter titles? I'd greatly appreciate it.

To be honest, your images are too small & fuzzy (at least for my eyes) to be
certain of anything. Have you looked at a Garamond in bold or semiblod?

I did do that. It was there I could see some resemblance to a Garamond bold
or semibold, but not enough to swear to it. Have you compared it on your
system?
As I indicated, my eyes are no longer great at small sizes. Not everything
improves with age.

You might try the forum at WhatTheFont:

Your samples are too small for the automatic process but may suffice for the
forum. It's worth a try.

Indeed it seems to be Garamond Bold. I did not have MS Office suite and its associated fonts installed on this new system, so I had completely forgotten about Garamond. I was convinced it was Georgia or Goudy Old Style, but it's definitely Garamond.

Thank you Thane!
