Stop Wine to bring windows in foreground

hi, I must use the Remedy Client, which works under Wine quite fine, but if it refreshes a search query, the app brings a window up, which takes fokus, and the app takes the fokus in the whole gnome environment. 	Caching simmilar processes ?
	Hi all, I heard that if you run two or more simmilar processes (for example the same .exe with different parameters), WINE has some form of caching to speed up subsequent executions. Is this true?
