I'm running Wine 0.9.39 (on Linux Ubuntu).

One of my favorite wine-apps is Spider-solitaire. It works fine under
Wine, except for
one omission: To check for possible next-moves, one clicks on the
green area at
bottom of the screen, which then does a reverse-color 'flip' for a
half-second, of the
two card-images that constitute the possible next move. But, under
Wine,
the reverse-color flipping is NOT visible.

Is there a workaround or config-hack that will rectify this?

TIA...

Dave

Possible workaround: try the shareware game from
http://www.solitaire-spider.com/
The hint command (m) works ok there.
