Stop Wine to bring windows in foreground

hi,

I must use the Remedy Client, which works under Wine quite fine,
but if it refreshes a search query, the app brings a window up,
which takes fokus, and the app takes the fokus in the whole
gnome environment.
If I use the desktopmode, the fokus issue is solved, but if there
is another window, which takes the fokus in the desktop envirenment,
and the search-refresh window pops up, the other window will be drawn in
the background of the Remedy app. So I have to minimize the app to get
to the desired window. The cool thing is that the first window which
wanted to keep the focus, lost the focus-taking ability.

Is there a way to stop wine in the desktopfreemode to take fokus in
gnome, or a way in the desktopmode that I can keep the first focuswindow
in foreground?
