First off, kudos to the few stalwarts who still bother to post here among the tumbleweeds of spam that Google doesn't care to filter out.
For eight years or so I've owned the domain
compucolor.org, intending to do something with it. I finally have. Although it was developed just last weekend, there is enough there to be worth the visit. Scans of manuals, ads, newsletters, some blah blah, but the star of the site is an emulator written in javascript. You can run it in the browsers, or you can download a zip file and run it locally.
The emulator doesn't yet handle the floppy disk, but it is coming soon. For now you can "download" files to the emulator (the emulator simulates a very fast typist to get the file into memory).

If you used the compucolor back in the day, or just wished to have one as a penniless 14 year old like I was, leave a comment with your memories in the guestbook.
Thanks.
