I would like to convert some PRG-files to T64 files to play them on
Frodo for my cellphone.

Is there any windows tool that can handle this? Star commander just crashes.

I wrote a small tool called Makeat64.

Elaborate. Also, get the latest 0.83 beta and read the "Usage" section
of the documentation.

I still wonder why there is no Windows Drag&Drop tool.

Mainly because most of the big tools were written 10-15 years, when DOS
was still in big use. It is a big undertaking to re-write these tools,
like SC and 64Copy for a GUI OS and nobody today else seems to have the
inclination, time or drive to work on such a Windows tool.

PS.

You got a bit too lazy, using GUI's for the last decade and a half,
haven't you? ;-)

There is often a large gap between theory and practice... Furthermore, the
gap between theory and practice in practice is much larger than the gap
between theory and practice in theory.

There was also D64Editor before that but was for d64s only and produced
bugged d64s until last release.
