iVMS is a graphical user interface, which allows the service providers to
manage and control their switch on the web, create their endpoints,
calling plans, LCR, generate engineering reports, business and profit
reports. iVMS supports the following features:

Destination Trunk IP, Region, Supplier, Customer, by Day / Hour / Min)
� Fexible Alarm system � action or notification sent to your e-mail based
on various parameters you can set yourself, such as: ASR alarm, ACD alarm,
Alarms Based on System Load , Average High Packet Loss (AHPL) Alarm,
Packet Delay Variance Alarm, Low Voice Quality Alarm, CDR Error Alarm,
Average Request Rate Alarm, Dollar Amount Alarm and many others.
� Highly flexible Routing and Reporting system: you may set the routing
and see the reports by various priorities: Least Cost Routing (LCR)
Priorities, Max Profit Margin (MPR) Order, Customer and Supplier Rates,
and Customer and Supplier Regions. The Max Profit Routing (MPR) reports
help you track which traffic routes generate the highest revenues.[/I]
