The telecom angle... What type(s) of service are available in
Afghanistan? Do US providers have service for soldiers? Do soldiers have
to pay to use Afghani networks? Wouldn't the military consider this a
security risk? And lastly, how can someone get a signal in Afghanistan
when I sometimes can't get one at my house?
