Does anyone know of a dial-out modem bank that is accessible via the
web? Here's the problem: we have analog lines to every router and
switch in the network, for use when the main link into the site is
down or some other issue prevents in-band access through VPN. The
issue is that many of the support staff no longer have analog lines at
home, but do have broadband access.

What would be very useful would be the ability to surf to a site that
would allow you to open a virtual terminal session that could dial a
modem.
Has anyone heard of something like that or have any other ideas?
