I found a web site for this company but this product is not mentioned
anywhere.
I would like to disable this dialer or at least find out what its
benefit is over the Win95 dialer. If anyone has any information about
this please let me know.
Thanks.
The program(s) you are using are linked to this dialer. Look in the
programs' options for ways to change the default dialer. Once you unlink
that and link it to the dialer you want (say, MS's DUN 1.3), you will need
to track down and uninstall the Inverse dialer. It will probably be in the
Add/Remove Programs list.

If you went to the web site, then you probably noticed that the products
this company lists seem to be intended for the ISP market, to be used to
help providers monitor the performance of their service, including how
well they are performing from the perspective of the end user.
You might want to contact your ISP and ask whether this "dialer" or
monitor is something that came _from_ them. If it came from them, maybe
they can tell you how to disable it. Of course, you should be able to
disable _any_ task in Win95, but it would be a pain to have to disable
this particular task this _every_ time you start the system.

I found a program called AccessWizard that was installed as part of the Canon
Creative package that came with my printer. I uninstalled this software and
the Inverse dialer went away. I don't understand why Canon would even install
this kind of thing. I never really use the Canon Creative software (it's kind
of buggy) so it is no big deal.
