Is anyone using the jvm inside the database in any serious way?
A colleague of mine has questions about instantiating objects and referring those instances from PL/SQL.

I told him that it's not because Oracle makes something, that anyone would use it, but I could be mistaken.

SYS uses around 20000 Java classes...
ORDSYS - around 1800
