Hi,

Oracle 10gR2 windows
is it possible to crypt a database ?
TDE seems to modify the database structure
(No access to the code, third party software)

Thanks in advance

http://tahiti.oracle.com has answers to almost all of your questions.
It is there for you to use it.
It is not there to request others to abstract it for free.

Crypted? As it put into a crypt in a mortuary? Or do you just
find abusing a language and inhibiting clear and concise
communications reelie quoooll?

TDE does not modify the database structure. Nothing modifies
the database structure. The database still consists of
datafiles.

Ask a real question and you may get a real answer.
