I'm still having intermittent problems with tahiti, too. And the 11.2
doc set I downloaded yesterday appears to be bogus, though I haven't
looked too close yet.

apex.oracle.com is unavailable (or just painfully slow) a lot recently...

Just a temporary outage:

Essentially, that was a manifestation of the unbreakable oracle.

observed occasioanally 1 outage by google, one or two by sun and *a lot
of* by oracle ( docs, forums etc. ).
Of course, this big-ip hardware is very expensive...
