My client is seeking a full time Oracle Programmer Analyst with 2-5+ years experience. Candidates must have PL/SQL and Banner to qualify for this role. This role will provide technical and end user support for major applications. Experience with Banner HR/Payroll or Finance is strongly preferred. You must have an understanding of business processes, gathering requirements, and creating test plans. Will also be involved with testing the implementation of system upgrades as well as new releases of software, preparing design documents, developing reports/interfaces, preparing procedural documentation etc.
