DESCRIPTION:
__ You will provide general User support on the Oracle Clinical
application
__ Heavy User interaction includes helping Users to evaluate business
processes and identify opportunities for their use of Oracle Clinical
and, at times, perform simple to moderate customizations to the
application including database development
__ General Administration and Support responsibilities also include:
set-up of Oracle Clinical Users, resolving database issues, lead some
group training sessions and participate in User Group meetings.
REQUIREMENTS:
__ BS in Computer Science or related field
__ 2-3 years experience in IT or computer related position with
thorough knowledge of desktop applications
__ Previous experience with Oracle Clinical
__ 1-2 years experience in Clinical Trials process
