Description: Our client has an immediate opening for a Senior Software Developer (Oracle) will be responsible for the writing of detailed design specifications, the construction of software modules that implement the specifications provided by the Software requirements team, and the maintenance of existing modules.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Subject Matter Experts (SME) to ensure the developing specifications will be satisfied for client software product
Work closely with the Project Manager and the SME to ensure that customer requirements are clear, unambiguous and complete. Manage your SDLC assigned tasks per the project plan and provide weekly progress updates to Project Management
Since you are working in a regulated industry, the quality of your work must be high and in compliance with all applicable SOPs
Both detail oriented (collaborate with the project team members to drive toward completeness and prevent things from falling through gaps) and also big picture oriented with the capability of chalk-talking thorough your ideas on how to complete development cycles more effectively and identify what tool automation might be useful
Work closely with Product Testing to ensure the Software Product project solution meets customer requirements and installation & performance qualifications
Requirements:
10+ years of overall software development experience
7+ years experience with Oracle Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) 10/11G
7+ years experience with Oracle 10/11G Database
3+ years experience with Business Process Execution Language (BPEL), Business Process Management (BPM), and Business Activity Monitoring (BAM)
3+ years experience in developing BPEL processes and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) Web Services
5+ years experience with Oracle Jdeveloper 10/11G, J2EE
5+ years experience with Oracle Application Server (OC4J)
5+ years experience with deployment experience of the Oracle Fusion Middleware suite
5+ year experience in working with Web Services (SOAP, MTOM).
5+ years experience in PL/SQL, Stored Procedures and triggers, SQL Loader, Unix Shell Scripting, Unix Commands
3+ years experience in developing applications using XML technologies, e.g. XPath, XSLT
1+ years experience working with Oracle BI Publisher
Solid understanding of server clustering
Regulated software development environment is a plus
