Anyone have a good web host provider that does SQL Server 2000 at a
reasonable price?

My current provider, Frontserve.com, seems to ignore me completely whenever
something goes wrong (and it does). Yesterday my web site was down for about
12 hours. Couldn't get so much as an acknowledgement that I'm even their
customer! Actually, they ignore me completely, and I'm not exactly
"high-maintenance".

So much for their 24/7 support and 99% uptime guarantees!

Thanks,

Dave

I've had excellent service with 3 sites hosted by OrcsWeb for several years.
Price is $65/month with 25MB SQL Server data. The sites mostly just work,
but they respond quickly to the occasional issues.

Hi Paul,

Thanks for the advice. I'll check them out. $65 sounds a bit high, but
perhaps this is the price for good support and reliable service.

Thanks again,

Dave

As I've said before - ASPwebhosting.com - this is the best hosting service
I've EVER had - SQL server, ASP, ASP.net -- all of it.

Hi David,

Thanks for the info... Would you mind telling me a bit more? How long have
you used them? Ever have any problems? I see they have an 800 # for support
and claim 24/7/365 emergency support. Sounds great. Is it all true?

Thanks much,

David Z
