access 7 and oracle

hi,

i would like to move records from a linked text file to a linked oracle7
table (insert and update). after a while (1500 records) i receive an
error, "not enough memory". i have already 48mb ram, the win95
recource-monitor displays 92% free memory.
how can i fix the problem ???
