Subject: Parsing newsreader NZB files into a table

If you export an NZB file from a newsreader, it saves all of the information about the various parts, but each
file has a header which contains the subject line.

It appears to be the same format all the way through.

It would be useful to, for example load all headers, dump as an nzb then read it back into access so you could
filter all the RE: and REQ: subject headers and just leave the titles as below.

<file subject="This would be the text you want to retrieve (24/24)" date="1328924736" poster="J...@home.com
(Jock)">

Has anybody developed such a routine to open an nzb and parse the lines so that it only for example picks a line
starting with <file subject and grabs the text within the first set of inverted commas.?

I may have a go myself, but no point re-inventing the wheel if one of the clever chaps on hers has already done it
!

J
